Somehow in 2 years I haven't done the same workout twice, and it's always challenging
I was looking for a neighborhood gym and stumbled across Diet Doc Difference almost three years ago and I'm so grateful I did! Since then, I have been going to Eve for personal training and can't recommend her enough. I have made so much progress over the last couple years and can do things now that I wouldn't have thought possible when I first started, all thanks to Eve.
If you are looking for a smaller, more personable gym experience with two amazing trainers, this is your place!
This is the perfect neighborhood gym to call home! The workout classes are amazing! As a total gym novice, I was intimidated in a lot of ways. However, I immediately felt welcome and motivated from the moment I walked in the door to get some information. Melissa and Eve are two of the nicest, most personable trainers and they have totally developed a superb atmosphere and community. The gym is super clean and very well maintained. The classes are different each time which keeps things fresh, but they are always consistently solid workouts. In the past few months I've tried so many new exercises using various different types of equipment and I'm always looking forward to seeing what we'll do next. I'm so happy I found such a great gym, and I'm excited to explore the personal training and other programs they offer in the future.
Very accommodating and understanding of the needs of an older client (me!) but also rigorous and innovative in providing me the necessary push to get in better shape. I am pushed to but not beyond my limits, which are considerable after a back and wrist injury this fall. Last year (pre-injury) my husband and I definitely benefited from both the exercise and the diet advice -- we feel lucky that we live so close.
Literally life changing. I have been on different diet plans, expensive, cheap, free, cleanse, keto, whole-thirty, you name it, but this is the only experience where I never felt I was actually on a diet. I learned about food, watching labels and make the right choices. Melissa taught patiently to learn to eat better and not to feel restricted. It has really made a difference for good. And she is a great trainer. I plan to keep getting nutrition coaching until I reach maintenance and make a habit of training with her.

Melissa helped me after my baby was born. I had intense shoulder pain after a very fast labor and delivery, and her physical therapy helped it heal in record time. She is so sweet and makes it super easy to feel comfortable with her. I'll definitely be back!
