I was able to get great relief from this same therapist for anxiety and panic attacks. Shabad Kaur was open to the use of medication as well as some CBT and yoga. In short, she was very practical in her approach to getting me to understand and work with my anxiety. She listened, took notes and allowed me to talk and express my feelings without any judgement. Anyone who is suffering from anxiety and panic attacks, I would recommend visiting for an exploratory session. As with all therapists, you need to find the one who works for you. So don't be swayed by the negative review from March 30, 2010. She is a very good therapist.
