Five Keys is a tidy jewel of a studio, tucked away on a quiet stretch of Belmont. Inside, it is quiet and clean and calm. Classes are thoughtfully taught, and usually small. Teachers are welcoming and considerate of students. There are many props. Students greet each other. I think it would be an ideal studio for someone new to yoga.
This is a great place for a beginner or a long term practitioner! Erin is the real deal integrating the values of yoga with excellent skills and
complete professionalism. It's great to support a local, woman-owned business that is truly community-oriented.
I loved Five Keys Yoga the moment I walked in! The environment alone teaches one to be mindful. The teachers are kind, friendly and skillful. And there are many class offerings to meet all students where they are, and for Yoga teachers to learn. I chose Five Keys Yoga to learn more about Yoga for the Special Child. It opened my eyes into new ways of helping children with special needs using Yoga and build relationships with the Yoga community! Five Keys Yoga is truly a gem!
Five Keys is fantastic! The studio is lovely and soothing, and the teachers are very caring and attentive. They have a range of class offerings- whether you want to sweat and feel your muscles burn or gently stretch out and relax. If you're more into the stretch and relax option, try the restorative class. It's one of my favorites! I always leave feeling so rejuvenated. The class prices are great too.
It is a perfect place to practice yoga. Erin is gracious and embodies all that is good about learning and growing via the asanas, breath work, and meditation.
Beautiful space and peaceful vibe. I especially enjoy Rita's Restorative practice on Sunday afternoons. After her class I feel like I have just had a massage!

A friend recommended this yoga studio which quickly became my neighborhood go-to place. I love the welcoming I receive each time I enter and its family focus. Watching kids and their parents come in helps me leave with an even a bigger smile on my face. The instructors are well trained and committed to my safety and love of yoga. Highly recommend.

I have been attending classes for 2 months, I went from virtually no experience to attending class multiple times a week. Erin has created a wonderful space to practice, and she and the other instructors (Rita, Jennie, and Teresa are who I've had classes with) have done a wonderful job welcoming a newcomer and instilling a burgeoning love for yoga. 5 Keys is an excellent place for calm yet challenging practicing, with knowledgeable instruction and accepting guidance.

I attended my first yoga class with Erin. I was skeptical at first but Erin was amazing and I realised that yoga is awesome. I will be going back and have to say thank you Erin. Namaste.
