If you are a fan of dance-based workouts, this place is for you! If done properly, these workouts will target those small muscles which are so essential to good posture and overall form and fitness (anyone used to working large, outer muscles only will be stunned at the intensity!) The instructors are great about checking your form and adjusting where necessary--the next best thing to personal training. Women of all ages, fitness levels, and dance abilities will feel comfortable getting a workout here.
