Nice Clean Gym, Unlimited Use of Massage Chairs and Bed....The Problem I have is the Staff is Out Of Shape Physically, they know Nothing about Exercise.... I've been into Health and Fitness All My Life....The reason a lot of Equipment Don't Work is because of the Members Improper Use....90% of the members at this Location Don't know what they are Doing....and the Staff is so Out of Shape, they Don't say anything....Also the Weekend Staff is Lazy they just Sit and Gossip....The Weekday Staff is Always Cleaning.

Decent gym. Its tidy with adequate space and good equipment. The staff is also friendly.

I am a disabled Veteran and the friendliness and help I receive from this facility has been outstanding. Kim is the best at any issue or problem I have. I have seen her investigate issues. Also new equipment is the greatest.

Been a member since May and for the most part it's been a decent experience BUT too many machines are broke and it has only 2 cable weight sections which one is broken. I'm seriously considering changing my home gym to the new Lake Park location because they have new and much better equipment

Just got a membership at this facility. It's very clean and organized. Leslie (employee) made sure I felt comfortable on my first visit and that all my concerns were solved.

I actually really like this gym! They have good number of equipment. The staff is really helpful and friendly. I always feel comfortable going here. And the locker room is clean!!!!

Julissa is the best. She answers all my questions and shows a super high level of professionalism. She even recommended a great place for pancakes when I asked her.

I always renew my membership when coming back from school for the summer but I am planning on cancelling it ASAP. Machines are always broken, definitely not enough equipment, employees are not friendly at all, and the annual fee is not convenient as I am only here for the summer (2.5 months) and still have to pay the fee. I will be changing gyms.

Great affordable place to workout! Never had a problem with staff, gym is clean. The only negative is that a lot of machines needs repair.

One of the things that irritate me. Is the fact that a lot of the treadmills don't work or missing buttons on the display board. It does get a little crowded during peak hours so I suggest if you can, check google maps to see what times is best to go.

I gave the place of one only because they make their women employees clean out men's restrooms and locker rooms while men are still coming in and out and they don't do anything about it they're putting their women employees extreme Danger they do their job put up the signs do not answer men still come in and change in front of these people shame on Planet Fitness

Clean, lots of equipment, I love the hydromassage chair and bed. Locker room is also clean, nobody bothers you. Great gym

As a first time guest, new enrollee and all around new to the gym life, I thought I would get shown around and told a little more about the gym and ammenties. Well I was wrong, I was given my key card and was told that I was ok to workout... I wanted to switch home gyms because I was unhappy about my experience and was told I had to wait 90 days. I'm thinking of cancelling and just going to another gym.

Some of the employee's are rude. It's a good gym otherwise. Clean and it's never too packed when I go.

I had a wonderful time at Planet Fitness today. I just moved from the East Coast and it was nice to be welcomed by Leslie.

My only feedback would be to restock your weights so that you have two of every kind and the smaller weights available by the regular weight rack.

Otherwise, I thought it was great!

I've been to PFs all over the city and even south Florida and PF - Back of Yards is hands down my favorite. I'm certain I pass about five getting here but it's more than worth it!!! The staff is super friendly and it's ALWAYS clean and smelling nice!!! It's more than enough space to do your thing and not feel crowded by the other members!!! This will forever be my home gym!
