perfect balance of flow, body work, and meditation to make for a great hour. Instruction is great and the feeling of the room is very Zen. A personal favorite.

Maureen is a wonderful, kind, and caring person as well as a great yoga teacher! I am so glad that she has brought her studio to Riverside. It is a very peaceful environment, and practicing the flowing yoga poses along to great music has made me a very happy Yogi =)
