Horrible gym. Horrible! No matter what time you go. The gym is a mess. It won't be that busy and there are weights everywhere. Staff just walks around talking to other members. I have no idea how this gym got 4 stars. But I hope someone hears this message. My friends and I our about to leave this gym if things don't change soon. Please! Re rack the weights. I don't see how many one can get a decent work out of they are scattered all over the gym.

I personally love this location. Sure, it may be a little dirty here and there like any gym of this size, but its great in every other way. Nice atmosphere
Well trained staff, best equipment, cordial atmosphere. The atmosphere is fantastic and the location is amazing. 5 stars.
This location has a great parking structure and it's free. The staff do a great job keeping the place ready for the customers.
It's true what people say, you get what you pay for. Today, September 2nd, there are no paper towels and soiled toilet seats (three to be exact) in the women's locker room. I could only imagine how the mens' locker room must look like. Come on managment, time to hold your employees accountable.
Btw, if you have BCBS, you get a better deal going through them directly. The optimal phrase is "directly through BCBS". The sales reps will offer to match BCBS but only if you sign a two year contract. BCBS is month to month, and you are able to go to multiple gyms.

Clean gym, however the local trash makes it ugly. Disgusting watching people doing cocaine in the bathroom and being threatened by the local gangs. I'll just go to the one one canal. Seems safer.
It was my first time coming to this location today (7/22/18) at 945am for a yoga class. I simply asked the guy at the front desk where was the yoga class being held, this is my first time coming. He gave me a smart remark like I was slow. It took the maturity that I have, not to curse him out and ask for a manager. Whoever is running this gym needs to teach an ethics class to their staff!

The young man at the customer's service is terrible. He does not accept five-day trials. He only accepts getting membership at the gym. He said the website's price is very expensive, when the online price is cheaper then the one he told us. He said the registration fee was 149 dollars and the cancelation fee is 99 dollars. He lies to cuatomers to earn money. The registration fee online is only 99 dollars.
Be prepared to visit an ENT doctor after your visit when your eardreams rupture. They have the music at 99 level volume even though most of the guests are using headphones and don't want to listen to the garbage-y reggaeton that the (DJ) plays
La Fitness has been my favorite place for workout since the last 9 years. Very good equipment and Good Group Classes.
Best LA Fitness I've ever been in. Love that there is always enough machines too choose from. Clean and friendly staff. This is my new gym.
Took a pilates class with Francesca. So refreshing. The class was easy to follow but also challenging. It was an amazing workout. Love the kids klub option and the frost desk is knowledgeable & courteous

You pay the same price as anywhere else, but this location doesn't have WiFi for some reason.
The dumbbells are always a huge mess, I've never been to a gym with dumbbells that are so disorganized. Literally everything is put in random places and no one fixes it. You can't do it yourself either, there's just too many.
This gym has two power racks. So squat for days and press to impress.
There's nothing worse than trying to cancel your membership & the manager is NEVER around..Yet you have these young gentlemen sitting here doing nothing except talking about their weekend..Really?? No one else can cancel your membership..
Love going there in the morning there's hardly any people. They also have a spa and swimming pool which I have to try out
typical LA fitness gym but some of the workers are total hypocrits. one of them told us "dont eat junk food, especially fast food" also "smoking and drinking is bad it shortens your life" but a couple days later i saw him coming back with a bag from wendys while puffing on a vape.
Nice place to workout. But the staff at the front desk is useless. I was told the policy is no one under 14 can workout at the gym but obviously they don't enforce those rules with their frends.
The pool is worse than public swimming. Kids are always alllowed to come play, adults are either making out or just goofing around. The hot is where the real party is at.
What make this location different is the lack of control and respect that one expects

Can be busy at peak times, but it's a good neighborhood gym. I live nearby so I come in my gym clothes and don't use the locker rooms, which some people have had issues with. My biggest complaint is that free weights are often unorganized, even first thing in the morning. But I've always been able to find what I need.
Staff was friendly but the situation they left me in was bad after being as member since June I tried adding my wife and had to pay 228 dollars extra I've been paying 50 a month to the gym just seemed unfair that I had to loose my last month paid and still pay 228 to start a membership with her and 70 a month. I rarely complain and I have the money to pay for it but just was not fair at all to have to close my account to pay for a new initiation fee seemed like it was a screw me kinda deal it's as nice gym but trying to get every penny they can out there customers is not the way to go
It's not a bad gym staff is helpful and friendly. The washrooms need way more attention they smell and are often dirty.
Great facility. Staff is friendly and the atmosphere is not too bad. I would suggest going to the gym in the morning because it gets very crowded in the evenings. Overall a great gym.

Its a newer facility but it lacks proper management.
The weights are never stacked and dumbbells are all over the place- you'd have to walk all over the building to find the ones you're looking for.
Some guys show up with their own portable loud speakers and blast music that plays louder than the speakers in the gym or the earphones sitting inside of my ears, but non of the staff seems bothered.
Good location for the gym does get a little crowded overall great place to work out
