TERRIBLE customer service! Avoid at all costs!
I got acupcunture here 3 years ago and am having a reocurring medical issue so I tried to get my records from this office - BIG MISTAKE. Laura, the front desk lady was totally unhelpful and basically demanded that I get a release form from my doctor to get my records. They're my records and they belong to me, I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get my own records for my own PERSONAL use, absolutely crazy.
So this morning I call back and speak with Dr Kim who acts extremely rude, unprofessional and irritated to me. He questions why I need my records, asking me what is wrong with me, interrupting me mid-sentence, and being a total dick. This place sucks - never go here for ANYTHING!!!!!!
I love Balanced Body. I've been taking yoga, getting massages, or seeing the chiropractor for about 3.5 years and I've never had a bad experience. Larry, the masseuse is awesome and dr. Kim, the chiro is great and never tries to put me on an expensive chiro plan- which anyone who has seen a chiro knows about. I definitely recommend them.
