Pretty cool concept. Like others said, you don't have to plan a workout. Just show up and it's all laid out for you. Great variety with the strength training exercises they have you do. If you take 2-3 classes per week, you'll certainly hit all the major muscle groups.
The only downside is that I felt bored after a year of taking classes there. Regardless of the variety, it's still the same trio of treadmill-rower-floor. That's just me though, and I did enjoy their classes for a full year so 5 stars.
Just be aware that the pictures you see for the Logan Square location are not all Logan Square OT pictures which is kinda misleading.
