One of the best gyms around town. Got into better shape, lost weight, gained confidence, and made new friends. They're willing to work with you with whatever your goals are.
I walked in with zero experience in any type of martial arts. The coaches took their time with me to properly teach me technique; explaining everything to a point where I could understand it. I never felt like I was slowing down other students; in fact they supported me and helped me along the way.
Everyone here - coaches, staff, fighters, students - have such big positive energy that will give you drive to come back and do better in classes. They genuinely care about your growth both in and out of the gym.
Great place to train all aspects of martial arts. They offer pro wrestling as well. Quality staff with get you quality results. Highly recommended.
Best place in Chicago. The staff and the attendees are like family to me. They are not a place that's just about business, they make everyone who comes in feel like family. I've been going there for 2 years, no issues. Definitely worth it.
I have been coming to Hybrid every morning without fail for the past 3 months. I'm delighted to say I have finally found my home. I've noticed positive physical and emotional changes as a result. This gym is unpretentious, low key, and with instructors who really care about not only your physical wellbeing but also about you personally. The clientele is also extremely diverse across gender, age, racial, ethnic, and professional backgrounds. Many people from the neighborhood and surrounding areas come to this place. It feels like a real community. This signals to me that the founders have worked hard to create and foster an inclusive gym culture and it shows. If you or family members are looking for a safe, challenging, and fun space to get in shape this is the place.

SUPER friendly team and staff. Everyone was welcoming and eager to help me adjust to their practice. Techniques and tips were provided the whole class and I walked away feeling like I really learned something new. I would recommend to anyone looking for a fight gym to call home.

Update on my last rating I suffer from PTSD I had to leave the gym because I was constantly being berated by both owners. One of the owners who can't handle their emotions threaten to knock me out. As someone that is spent a life in service of other people both in the armed services and as an EMT and someone who likes to operate with higher integrity. I say don't bother. And watch out for Josh

Great workout, amazing staff!
Came here for a social media workout event with my girls. I love love loved this place! Still currently sore from the circuit Hybrid Martial Arts and Fitness training we did three days ago. The workout consisted of 10 second straight just punching the bag, to bur pees, cross jab cross, etc. it was so much fun that the hour flew right by! I always get nervous about the parking situation, so I make sure to head to a new venue thirty minutes in advance, but parking was so easy to find! There's a bunch of free 2 hour parking in the residential area. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends! The staff is really nice and they're great at motivating people!
