Everyone is so nice, they always welcome you every time you come as if you're a first time customer. They have nice working equipment, very clean and positive environment and I love that about them. And I also need to say, I love their purple surrounding!

Amazing location, everything always sanitized and fully stocked. Alicia at the front desk always goes above and beyond, and is super inspirational and motivating to workout.

I've been coming to Planet Fitness for about a year now. I've belonged to a number of gyms in my lifetime, and though I am on a pay-as-I-go basis with this location, it is possibly the nicest and most well-kept gym I've frequented.

They tell you one payment and change it... Not what you sign up for this is not a place you would like to spend your hard earn money, Mangement is not helpful they just make excuses why they cant refund you the money that you was overcharged... So unprofessional this company should be called planet of crooks..

Bathrooms are never cleaned. Urine will be on the floor for days by urinals, I have yet to see someone clean this place. This place has horrible air circulation in the summer. Equipment is never replaced, benches are worn out, grips on machines are twisted and falling off. Good thing it's only $10 a month.

Enjoy working out but some customer service horrible some nice people there seem ignorance seem like they look down on heavy person mocking them make fun with is not cool grow up they their to get fit

Not the place for weight lifters. Dumbells only go to 60 pounds and curl bars only go to 60 pounds. No squat racks no barbell bench. They only have smith machine. But they are open 24 hours. A person can out grow this place quick.

i never got my tour nor my free t shirt, weights are never in order, the employees are either on their phones or conversating with each other, this gym is trash.

People are hogging the weights. Yesterday I saw one guy next to me with a curl bar and a straight bar standing on their ends straight up and a set of dumbells while he was occupied with his social media so thats 4 pieces of equipment for one guy and its busy then another guy on a flat bench had 3 sets of dumbells buy him. Should it not be one piece of equipment at a time. With all the rules you have one would think so. With all the camras dosent the staff realise that people can't work out when stuff is obviously being hogged.

Ghetto, dirty and all the dumbells are not in their correct slots. Also, small area to work out.... Other planet fitness is better

Yesterday was my first time there , and I honestly walked out feeling discouraged , and everything less then motivated or confident. The staff was great! But the negative vibes from the customers in there. Then their always starring at you! I'm a big girl , I wanna work out and better myself but not have the spotlight while doing it. Some people in here are slim but they act like their better then everyone. Going to try a different location

It's great! The only problem (it's not the stores fault) I'm always getting made fun of or I assume because people always stare at me. I don't tell the staff because I'm not sure if they are, it's usually by 3 Mexicans soccer players that make fun of me but they should be making fun of themselves because of how much they lift and how bad they do it lol that's the only thing that bothers me and again it's not the stores fault it's the costumers that don't know that it's a judgmental free zone and people have starring problems in there too.

Every time I come to this gym, Red by Taylor Swift is playing. That alone deserves a five star rating. Keep up the great music selection !!

Been coming here for a while and it's better to come at night. The staff at night are much friendlier and make you feel welcomed. If you got any questions the staff Rob and Cesar and laid back and patience with any questions you got and explain everything so clearly.
