Make sure you cancel one month ahead of time because they won't emphasize on letting you know about it, I had a bad experience with this company location. I was a member for about three years and lately wasn't using it as much so I decided to cancel one day after they had charged me for the annual fee. My surprise came when I went to cancel, first the gentleman there was very rude about the way he had to handle the procedure and then I found out they don't cancel anything at the moment, you have to send out yourself a cancellation form to their financial department on top they also charged me for an extra month, so I called their financial department to see if I could get a refund for what they had charged me and they said no that I should have known and read my contract which at the time I signed nothing was emphasized on this matter. Also one more thing, if for any reason you happen to lose or have any changes on your credit or debit cards you ought to make sure you update your information since they will keep you charging and if you don't pay they will send you to collection. Very unsatisfied with this company location and I hope the rest of this company aren't like this one.
