Magdaleno, the assistant manager, was great with information about the black membership. I feel appreciate coming in her and working out. He is the person to go to with information.

I have been to okay trainers but the trainer Trevonte is SUPER GOOD! Different workouts to grow legs and glutes! Extremely satisfied. I would definitely recommend this place.

I am new to Chicago and I was looking or the right gym to join. I went to a few before this that did not have the right equipment that I was looking for. When I walked into this planet fitness location I was greeted by the front staff and the manager! The gym has a lot of space and every piece of equipment I could ask for with doubles of most so I was never waiting to use anything. I definitely recommend this location, check it out if you are looking for your next gym.

Not good. Cold inside. Hot water need wait 4 min. No crossfit area.

I LOVE going here to work out and clear my head-my home away from home! Laketha is wonderful and so tentative. Raymond is great at listening to what his clients want and is extremely talented with his hands. This place is good for the mind, body, and soul.

Everything is clean. Nice staff . It's a chill gym to work out at. Afternoons can get a little crowded but it's nothing to worry about.

Went into planet fitness with a billing issue. The associate adriane at the front desk was extremely helpful billing issue resolved and I'm a happy customer

Planet Fitness on West North Avenue in Chicago I believe it's the best Planet Fitness in the state of Illinois the staff is excellent very polite and the atmosphere is beautiful

Love this place clean and quite for the most part. Get in and do my daily work out and get out before everyone else comes in. Only had one employee that seems like they don't want to work there. But hey everyone else is amazing.

This is the best Planet Fitness in the chicago-land area. The place is always clean and the staff is always friendly. An employee named Antonio is a very friendly young man. He's always doing the best he can to keep the place clean, and even helped me find my cell phone that I lost last week. Thank you man for your help, you ARE A LIFE Saver...and thank you planet fitness for a great facility and great employees

This is a awesome place to workout. Plus side the black card gives you free haircuts and the barber works good. Clean gym with good staff. One of the staff members is Antonio. He has great customer service.

Great gym to go work out in. Antonio is super awesome and very helpful he got my member ship back on track. He was very professional and well spoken. Cool guy I recommend him to anybody.

Planet Fitness - Washington Square staff are the best! I started there about a year ago; when I could not walk. With support from the Manager, Adrian, staff and members. I can now walk with out a walker or cane! Come join us! Exercise really helps to heal your body and soul!

I just want to thank Steve he's a great trainer and also I enjoy going to this location because it's always clean.
