Equipment is always available , staff super friendly and is conveniently walking distance from my job . Always have a successful work out

My daugher love being at the gymnastic class, she has learned a lot since she is being coming to the classes. Love the equipment. Highly recommend!!

My kids have taken numerous classes here. The facility is superb, save for a bit crowded in the waiting area. It's a hoot, though, to watch the kids from the other side of a one-way mirror where all the parents sit, as the kids walk balance beams, making faces at the mirror.

Sunday summer open gym in the morning for 2-6 year olds is a blast. $6/kid, 930-11am.
I love the gym great coaches and all the people who work here are sweet and kind!!
