Today I saw one of the best birthday parties ever! Instead of staring at phone screens, the young child were in constant motion, moving to music with their mothers, getting their young hearts healthy. It was wonderful! All so cute in birthday hats. Such a great party theme!
It is a wonderful woman's workout world.There are variety of classes and classes schedule fits in our busy lives and affordable. Wonderful instructors.
I love this gym! The classes are amazing and super motivating. The staff has always been helpful to me with a smile, no less! Plus, supporting small businesses in the area is a huge positive!!

BUT today September 24, 2018 I called to cancel my membership before it rolls over and the lady on the phone was so rude and unprofessional because she hung up on me 3 times. After I continuously asked her for her name and the managers. She kept telling me I had to set up an appointment to cancel . WHY the hell do I have to set that up! I didn't have to set one up when they got me in that dam contract !!!! All I have to do is signed the dam paper! son why the heck can you print it out and I can sign it!! I told her I was very busy with work that it wouldn't be ok for me to set up an appointment and not make it!! she kept talking to me like I was stupid and I didn't understand. ugh im so mad ! yes this place is pretty dam dirty and a lot of their machines DO NOT WORK!!! aaaaannnnd you sure can't use certain equipment if you are not paying more money for a personal trainer! aaaannnnd I tried calling the number on the website and its not working!!!

Le doy una estrella por que al entra y pagar una subcripciuon con contrato de un ano, no te dicen o te ayudan con una rutina si no pagas otra membresia para un entrenador personal y para un entrenador pagas cada semana y es algo fuera de mi alcanse y si no tomas este paquete te dejan de lado y no te motivan o ayudan como principiante con una rutina o con una introducion de como manejar cada aparato de manera correcta y menos como usarlo y el gym no tiene mucho que ofrecer y el personal es joven y si mucha experiencia y bueno me e inscrito pero no pienso renovar me decepcione totalmente del lugar.

Had an appt. Disgusting & stinky. No air conditioner, instead they leave the door open. When i asked about it the lady told me everything was under construction & that the a/c will be working soon. Everytime i pass by the door is stiil cracked open but i went back for another appt. a year later. This place is unkept from dirty showers to a dingy rug stink that takes over the this tiny place & no a/c

Best gym for women's to workout..
I use to have a membership with them and I didn't like it at all. Dirty locker rooms/ bathrooms, bad customer service, plus the membership is high compared to others and honestly it's not even worth it. I cancelled and went somewhere else and I'm much happier!

Good for just a quick workout. A lot of the equipment there you cannot use unless you pay for you to workout with a trainer. That is something I would of liked to know before I signed for my membership. It defeats the purpose of going to workout. I was trying to use of the the weight balls and one of the employees told me to put it away because its only for training. Well if I am at a gym I expect to be able to use the gym equipment. Also the floor is always busy for people that pay for training. No space for you to do your own workouts! Most importantly, the hours suck! For a busy person like me my best times to workout are at night and Sat & Sun, well they close at 2 PM those days!

Awful. Dirty. Rude customer service. Unprofessional. Charge the same as a 24 hour gym. You have to pay for your own lockers. .. awful.
Writing as the Lawrence Avenue location in Chicago signed me up as a member, taking a join up fee and a monthly fee on April 20, 2017 then I find out May 5, 2017 they are closing. I wanted my money back, at least the sign up fee if not the monthly fee, and the corporate representative tells me they "can't do that" for me. Yes, you can... but you won't. I only went once because I got obliterated by the flu. I was a member at that location for years in the past, and this W3 was always inching up the membership fees for the same dump with a lack of classes. I guess I am not surprised they are closing. Since W3 is walking distance from my apartment, I decided to give them another chance just in time to get ripped off, by woman running a female-oriented business who feels it is okay to pocket my sign up fee on a location that was going to close. Meanwhile, Planet Fitness has a $5 join up fee and $10 a month deal going right now. Take your money someplace else that is not taking advantage of its members. This company can take its ugly purple walls and fake "girl power" marketing and shove it.

WARNING do not waste your money here!! Let me start off by saying that yesterday there were little boys playing around the weight machines! The employees were to busy gossiping with the parents to tell them anything. This happens ALL the time. You have boys RUNNING around the LOCKER room waiting for their moms to finish up. I paid for this gym because its WOMENS workout world. This is unacceptable. Also they do not allow you to use all the equipment. Something as small as a medicine ball you are not allowed to touch because they are deemed safety concerns BUT they allow people that have paid for personal trainers to use them! Talking about personal trainers, they are RUDE. I always try to work out and make my own circuit but what they did to me once that the personal trainer put one person at each of my stations and wouldn't move them until someone else came to that station meaning they dint let us use the "allowed" equipment. Items they don't allow you to use: the gym floor because there are always classes going on, kettle balls, medicine balls, smaller weights, oh and BARBELL machine ( the one you use to SQUAT). Crazy thats about 50 percent of my workouts. You can pay $10 at x sport fitness and you can use ALL the equipment there plus they don't allow children on the gym floor or lockers. Womens workout world charges $20 for half the equipment and all the kids running around. oh and one more thing, I have heard the employees gossip about customers when they thought I had music on my phone. This needs to stop. I can't wait for my contract to end. I also heard its impossible to cancel because the manager makes it difficult for you to set up an appointment, a ploy to SCAM you out of your money. I will probably write an article about this.
This is absolutely the worst business operation you could ever imagine. There is not a corporate number available that will seriously help you with your concerns. All they want to do is take your money. I signed up about 7 years ago to this smelly, unclean operation in Berwyn, IL and didn't read the fine lines of the contract. I cancelled my membership and thought I'd be done with it. Recently I discovered that they continued to charge me for my membership all this time. My fault that I didn't keep track of things. I called several weeks ago and explained my situation and that I wanted to cancel. I was told I needed to come in and do this in person. No problem. I walked in today and tried to do this and was told I NEEDED AN APPOINTMENT TO DISCONTINUE MY MEMBERSHIP. Needless to say I was furious with the manager who said she had other appointments and could not help me until her next appointment on April 3rd. Seriously, she was sitting around doing absolutely nothing. Now I'm charged for another month. I'm going to the B.B.B with this scam!
