Thank you again!!! This was my second challenge. This time I was classified as 6%. The weight loss this time around was little harder than the first time. I was shedding the lbs. slower due to the fact that I've lost 23.2 Lbs. and 7% body fat the first time around. The closer you get to your optimal body fat/weigh, the harder it is to lose the weight.The workouts were challenging but for the 6% extra effort is necessary. We were assessed with the In-Body scale in week 3 and week 5. Even though we were still stepping on the scale every week, the 6% are in disadvantage because they cannot see their progress weekly to know how many % they dropped. The 6% should be given the same advantage as 15 lbs. challengers, and should be assessed with the In-Body scale on a weekly basis.The coaches are awesome. Sally is highly motivational and keeps pushing you. The support staff is very helpful and very knowledgeable. If you are looking to lose some weight in a friendly, non-judgmental, and supportive environment, Fit Code is the place to do it at. The members are very supportive of each other and offer plenty of encouragement. Great place to work out. Highly recommend!!!
