Everythink ok but management. Jose a "supervisor" from this gym didn't allow to enter this gym even so was weather condition horrible and snowing he said because i needed to upgradred , i told him that my girlfriend was arriving to take care of payment, he didnt want to wait and told me to wait outside at the snow until my girlfriend arrives, me and my gf thinking cancelling our membership and send email to xport headqueater about this unfair treatment.
Inside is nice but there is alot huggers once in a while taking most machines other than that great place.
Horrible gym and horrible customer service. The only individual employed by xsport who was professional and helpful was the custodial staff member. Don't waste your money at this gym. Join Planet Fitness instead.
Good, I recommend to go on not busy time, I went to 2 differents treadmills and didn't work ...but I did enjoy my work out anyways with others cardio machines
Never have paper to clean the machine, management is horrible not friendly at all. They say the are remodeling but only thing upgrade was the locker. Half the machine are broken or missing parts.
I like that they have great amenities, and the set up with heavy weights upstairs gives more room. Even thou the locker rooms are outdated, their pretty clean. Thing that they need to do is stop people from sitting in the steam and sauna rooms in their workout clothes AND gym shoes. So disgusting. Maybe put sign in Spanish too.

Dirty place with even dirtier employees...they hire anyone. Hostile environment. Do not recommend.
I love the Brickyard Xsport I've been coming here for years. But I have gone to the other locations and they are a lot nicer. I wish they would refresh the look of this location. Also it would be nice if they would give you towels for the pool area and not just the Spa area Needs some remodeling!! Though still loyal to this location.

Very nice and clean. Also spacious and great environment for excersice.
I like that they have great amenities but was so turned off by the girl that was trying to get me to sign. Wanted to just utilize my week pass first because not sure where or with which club I want to sign up with. After realizing I wasn't budging she gave me my week pass and that was it. I had to ask her where the locker rooms were and where the steam room was. Didn't show me around, no one helped me with where everything is, about the machines.. nothing.
It's got everything basketball court, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, cycling classes, x-it classes (intense cardio work out) they also have work out on the pool and a very friendly personal.
Glad to see that the gym finally has replaced all the busted lockers. I also see that they redid the the sauna in the Men's locker room too. Now let's see if they can maintain those 2 things which were just a F'n eyesore and stopped me from going there. Other than that, the gym is okay. Good setup with the free weights being upstairs and all other machines on 1st floor. They also don't give out sweat towels which I personally think needs to change. They get enough money from all the people signing up. The little things could go a long way.
Overcrowded pool and sauna area - at most evening hours. I tried going later - just as bad. I am only a member of Xsport so that I can swim laps - have a back injury and need the pool time. Seems there is always some rude punk sitting or hanging out dangling his feel in the water tying up the lanes or a bratty kid in the sauna. Front staff are absent or rude. No towels. I need to find a new gym to give money to. Not worth what I'm paying. Recently just way too crowded.
Huge gym. The place would be perfect if they updated some of the equipment and had towels. The staff is really nice and they helpful with supplements, and friendly. Get towels it would be great.

The front desk can be rude and most importantly the personal training. It's ridiculous that they are on their phone instead of being the personal trainer they are suppose to be. Xsport wanted 2000 dollars out of me for personal training and the trainer can't even count my reps, because he or she is mostly he is on his phone.
Stay far Away from this Gym. I recently had an incident, where the front desk female Employee was sitting down on a table and talking to the cleaning person about life. I then asked if they were going to scan me in and they said they were on a Coffee break. I called the following day to complain and the Manager acted like this was routine. "Warning" stay away from this gym, unless your okay with Ghetto and Ignorant behavior.
Poor service and poor security, definitely don't leave your belongings THEY WILL GET STOLEN even when you have a lock. All I get from staff is a sorry and a handshake, and they don't even take initiative and call police my credit cards were stolen!!!! Huh??? And I pay you guys to not do anything???? I think this is an inside job because how else would you get through a padlock??? Something is not right. I'm Canceling my membership for sure

The staff is not helpful at all, I went to cancel my membership because I moved and the GM was no where to be found. The girl that was 'helping' me kept turning around and looking everywhere except me. When you speak to someone at least be courteous and attentive to them. I've been trying to cancel my membership for the past couple of months but they make it hard on you. I do not recommend this location at all.
Not the best xsport but it gets the job done when you want workout. The personal trainers are friendly but some don't really know what to do. Also note this gym doesn't give towels like the xsport at Harlem so keep that in mind. Best times to come during weekdays would have to be at midnight because of all the people bringing in guests which gets crowded quick. Bathrooms are dirty, weights are scattered and never put back except by one staff person who does his best to put them back. In other words, this gym has a lot of cons; dirty bathrooms, being too crowded, broken treadmills, and scattered weights.
Pros: friendly people, a lot of space, tons of weight machines, and dedicated staff. If your looking for a nearby gym to workout then come here, tons of good people go to this gym and at times will help you if not the staff.
I decided to branch out more and try other gyms besides the two I go to now.BIG MISTAKE. I get there and the curly haired guy on the front desk looks bored of even being there. Thats OK but what isn't is that he had no towels. I've been to other places at night and that has not happened before. When i asked about when he would have more he said it's the night so in the morning. Melrose has never run out of towels even at night. When I ask if there is a pool available he says yes but when I go to check it out first before changing (something just rubbed me wrong with the interaction) it was closed with a drained pool and spa and a bright green hose leading to it. How do you forget that you have a pool that is closed? When I told him he said sorry about that which I would have appreciated if he hadn't looked totally bored and uncaring then too.
I usually go here at evening to late nights anywhere from 8PM-4AM, So based off my experiences by going at those times, it ranges from full (mostly treadmills and walk machines being used) to empty and get to use everything. Not bad at all, been to other gyms, they did offer better services as having towels, cleaner locker rooms, but still a solid place to work out, they do have what you want if you want a good work out.
