I have been going to this studio for 3 years and it has been life changing. I work primarily with Elizabeth (the owner) and Kelly and always have a great experience. Can't recommend this studio, and Pilates more generally enough!

I can't praise the people at this studio enough. They are impeccably trained in the Pilates methods. All of the staff are wonderful teachers, excellent at tailoring the exercises to suit each individual. Working with them has changed my life.
