The Living Yoga Center is wonderful place! Owner/instructor Deb Lister has created a beautiful space to practice. She and the other amazing instructors help you learn to practice yoga in a balanced and healthy way. I highly recommend the Living Yoga Center as the best studio around for everyone! Namaste

I am taking the intro class now and I really like it. The instructors do a great job. Looking forward to taking more classes in the future. I would recommend everyone to try yoga.

i sure miss this place. i've been in a lot of yoga studios all over the country, and i've been away from the C-U community now for six years. there's no place quite like LYC. it's a friendly place that understands the meaning of yoga and feels like going home, which is how yoga should be. if you're ever in the area, drop in for a class -- you'll be very glad you did.
