Hoping to get a response here, but I was charged for my monthly membership on March 2nd, then there is another charge the day they shut down (March 17). I've called corporate and they say to call the specific locations... but they're all shut down... I would like to discuss with someone before disputing with my bank.

They have a nice selection of free weights, if they had better battle ropes and maybe different types of workout items other than machines it would get five stars like truck tires and a space when you don't want to use a machine, I would give 5 stars. But Planet Fitness works for me.

I love this gym. The staff are friendly and the gym is always clean. I have been to so many Planet Fitness clubs and would pick this one of them all. Keep it up guys.

It does what it's supposed to do. It's cheap & has decent amount of equipment, easy parking and acces. There's nothing fancy about the facilities but it's relatively clean and no one bothers you. About a quarter of the treadmills are often out of order, but you never have to wait for one. Some of the towel dispensers are usually empty so you have to wander to the next one to get a towel to wipe your equipment down.

This location is really dirty. The ladies rest room and the machines are not wipe down daily, and they should be. (Germs) All gyms should be clean daily to remove as much germs as possible, it is not 24 hours. So post that. The water faucet is dirty and the water is hot. So sad the health department needs to be called out at all clubs.

The classes have been great and always I leave with a peace of mind. I enjoy the stretching exercises and my body always feel relaxed and energize.

Clean.. nice facilities.. lacks free weight variety and size (assuming its because planet fitness doesnt tolerate meatheads? :((( )... staff is friendly... most of the times the eqipment is in full working order. Not many complaints for a 10 dollar gym.

The past almost 3 weeks I used my bc membership at your club usually between 4 and 7 am.
I would just like to make sure that the manager is aware of how outstanding their staff is during this time period.
Club always immaculate and well stocked with supplies. Staff very friendly and energetic!

I come here from another location late night and the staff is always on point. Had a few questions and got the answers i needed. Makes me feel like staff is better here than other places. Points for professionailsm.

Poor Customer Experience- Planet Fitness is franchise gym that I have been to at least 57 plus times across the United States. There were sereval obvious negatives at this gym. Out of 22 TVs, 5 were not working in the main room of the gym and 1 of 2 water was out order too. TV broken in the men, broken light, one soap tray was ripped out of the wall and the other had no soap. There was no positives at this gym. I would not go this gym location again but I would likely recommend all Planet Fitness gym across the nation to any beginning exerciser due to its' $10 membership fee or its' $20 fee for access around the United States for a person travelling.

Some of the machines were missing pins and the treadmill I was on had occasional lags whe. It would happen I could feel the strain on my knees.

Staff was really friendly and the gym goers are great.

Some people camp out on the machines in the room where you're supposed to rotate in a circuit. Members at other PF locations are better at this but it's also because the staff helps enforce it.

Its ok but people need to stop lounging around we others are trying to get a good workout in.Keep the paper towels and spray instock to clean the machines.

This gym is in distress, poor, dirty conditions. Most machines are labeled " temporarily out of service" for several weeks. Even the power tower is wobbly as one of the legs are shorter than the rest. The staff is ignorant and rude, they are unable to say "hello". They just mean mug you at the entrance. The gym and specifically the bathrooms are filthy. The wifi moves as fast as dial up service. There is no water bottle fountain for fast fill ups. Gym equipment is very worn and torn up.

Well maintained areas, always clean. Locker rooms are well kept. Very friendly staff. Majority of the time it's the same employees. They are always doing something unlike other locations where they seem a bit too relaxed. The temperature inside is normally a good temperature with a good amount of airflow to assure there isn't some sort of smell.

I just joined a week ago but already love it! Unlike other gyms I really don't feel judged here. I knocked it a star because there are a couple of machines I can't use because I'm too short (I asked one of the employees who tried to help me with no luck). I'm 5'3 so it's not like I'm super short. I also wish there were more employees to help explain the machines as some aren't that clear, especially when it comes to adjusting them. Other than that everything is great.

I went in to sign up for a club membership. The young guy at the door did his job just fine and was clear on the payment and memberships. My beef is I want the platinum membership which is 20 per month so about 240 a year. I want to pay up front in full and do not want to give my bank info to some gym because info like this is easily compromised it happens. So I don't feel safe giving them my account and routing number to my bank NO WAY! So planet fitness scams people like myself who worry about privacy and security and they prey on it because the young man told me that the platinum membership required my bank info but the 10 a month membership didn't. He also went further and said I can pay 15 a month for the 10 per month membership using my card or he'd discount it to 140 for the year I appreciate he tried to work with me but was limited to how the whole setup worked. Smh this is a scam to get people's personal bank info to then steal money from their accounts whether the person feels they were cheated or displeased and wanted to stop doing business or not they can collect at anytime. I'm no fool I see exactly what their corporate office is doing and I'm no fool to these games I'd pay the full 240 but they obviously want my bank info not my actual money so that's a big 0 in my book I will not join this gym

I've been a member for over a year at the Forest Park location. The location is in a convenient location, safe environment, with a friendly staff! The equipment is up to date and always in good working condition. I never have to wait for the equipment, maybe due to the non-standard times that I attend!!! And the prices for membership can not be more affordable for whatever your economic situation!!! This location gets 5 stars from me!!!!

When I did, the situation never got resolved because I emailed the bank statement as the manager asked and was told they'd call back ; however I never received an email or call back . After receiving the run around for about 2 and a half weeks over the phone because I was in college hours away I just gave up because it was highly unprofessional.
