Location is right at heart. Pretty good deal with all the equipment. Surprisingly enough equipment, friendly and encouraging staff.

Great when you go later in the day. At night, it's crowded. Can't get the good machines. Lol!

I was really fascinated with this place. Staffs were friendly and was easy to approach. Machines were working well and was always clean. A perfect place to have some work out.

Was a very nice place to go but sometimes you have to wait a while to go on some of the machines. But one cannot complain for this price range. The staff is very polite and cool. It also has plenty of cleaning supplies available if you like to use a machine after someone sweats allot on it. But even if they do the customers will wipe it down after out of respect but there are always that handful that feel entitled to everything without courtesy.

This gym has far beyond exceeded my expectations. They have a huge variety of equipment that is pristine.

I'm a current member and not completely satisfied with their services. They don't offer classes as they do at other locations. Also, there's a high turnover in staff and most of the younger ones are immature. What's the point of being a black card member if you can't utilize all PF gyms. It's very limited usage if it's not your "main gym ". Eventually I'll terminate my membership sometime this yr. I don't recommend their business.

Staff are awesome, they always greet u when u come in and say have a good evenin when u leave..They constantly makin sure the bottles are filled and trash is emptied. Plenty equipments to use and Its bigger and brighter then the other gym on Douglas Rd.

They are always cleaning and very friendly workers even when costumers are being rude. I love going there because they make me feel welcomed. The you d workers there are very responsible and always willing to help whenever I need anything.

The atmosphere is awesome in here. The people working out and the staff have all been friendly. Inicity & Bernice were very helpful and welcoming my first time here.

This place has virtually no staff to help you. I have waited for at least 5 minutes twice to get into a massage bed. I can't believe the service or lack of service here

Staff is rude and have no sense of fully informing former members of fees. God forbid you talk to a manager about an issue with their employees they are quick to defend and not correct the problem. Will not recommend planet fitness at all.

Do not get into a contract with Planet Fitness. All they care about is money and they won't allow you to end the membership without a buy out fee. They do not care. If you try to explain your situation to them they just tell you they would recommend having money In your account and the time of payment. NO WAY! really? If it was that easy don't you think it would be happening? Completely insulting and not worth the hassle.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the gym but not impressed with the staff. They were not helpful at all and left no room whatsoever for compromise. My suggestion to the owners of this franchise would be to offer a day trial session to see if your clients will like the gym and will be satisfied with it and not charge $20 for a day pass but not take cash. Not everyone has a debit or credit card with them at all times to just charge the fee. Definitely need to have an adult manager or desk representative at all times as the younger desk people do not understand the concept of customer service. I was going to use this as my home gym but not after the experience I had on Friday.

Thirsty but they're now cards only for water. Water fountain tastes poorly. Disappointed. Aside from those things it's ok.

I came here as a guest and had a great time! My friend has the Black Card membership ($22/month) and it comes with great perks like unlimited guest passes and use of massage chair. That means he can bring anyone to the gym with him when he goes. Great for couples or roommates that work out together. The caveat is that only the person with the membership has access to the massage chairs and the extra perks. If you're not into all that, then a basic membership costs only $10/month.
