YC is my favorite thing to unwind. This is such a awesome place to go and get your sweat on, and leave feeling like a whole new person. HIGHLY recommend.
YC is more than a studio, it is a community that fosters respect, support, and kindness. I leave each class renewed and restored. Each instructor is unique, but all guide you through an incredible yoga session that works for your personal level. Come meet us at the mat!

This yoga studio is AMAZING. The instructors make you feel so welcome no matter what your yoga skill level is. Every time I leave feelings 100X better than when I walked in. I will always recommend this studio for anyone interested in yoga in the Valdosta area!
I was passing through Valdosta on a work trip, and decided to try out this studio. Because I travel so much, I've been to a lot of different yoga studios, and Yoga Central was by far one of my favorite. The studio has an awesome atmosphere, and April was a wonderful instructor. She really took the extra step to make me feel welcomed, as did some of the students in the class, which made the experience that much better. I will definitely stop back in if ever passing through Valdosta again.

April did a really good job talking everyone through the moves. She included me, even though I wasn't as practiced as everyone there. I've been to a number of yoga classes, but she did the best job out of any teacher I've had at being respectful and personable and encouraging. The practice had a lot of variety and I felt safe the whole time. The space is beautiful and even though it was warm when it started, I didn't notice after a while.
I can't say enough about how amazing Yoga Central is. I had never done yoga before, and from the moment I walked in I felt completely comfortable, welcomed, and accepted. April, and the other instructors, do an amazing job of accommodating all levels. Whether it's your first class, or you're a lifetime yogi, your needs will be met! I also love all the different options/types of yoga they offer, and my kids love the kids yoga. This is such a wonderful addition to Valdosta, and the downtown area.
I had an amazing session with Anna Peterson! Restorative Yoga was what I needed to get through my next week! Can't wait to visit again.
I have been to many yoga studios around the globe, but not many can match the charm of Yoga Central! Meghan was one of my first yoga teachers and she is still one of my favorites! Her classes are fun, accessible yet challenging, and she always makes you feel like you are capable of doing anything!
The studio space is cozy and spacious with plenty of props available to use. It's located in an awesome spot downtown with a lot of free parking available. I had the privilege of teaching a yoga class at Yoga Central as well, and the community that Yoga Central has built is welcoming, friendly, and supportive. I would recommend this studio to anyone, whether you are a yoga newbie or seasoned practitioner. You will definitely find what you need at Yoga Central!
Can't say enough good things bout this place AND the staff! There's an instant welcoming energy when you ascend the stairs to a very large and open room. The delightful April, our yoga guru for the class, was there to greet me with the most beautiful smile. An instant feeling of positivity washed over me after talking with April which was especially needed cause it had been a hot minute since I took a yoga class. Well, April gave an incredible class: the perfect balance of challenging moves, positive energy, knowledge of the practice, and fun. I pushed myself more because of it. Thank you April! I've traveled to 38 of the 50 states, been to some incredible studios across the country and NYC, and I can honestly say Yoga Central is in the top 5. Brava! Keep it going! Can't wait for the next class! What a gem for Valdosta to have! (They have an amazing introductory offer that is TOO good to pass up. Check it out ASAP!)

Yoga Central is by far the best studio in Valdosta! Its welcoming nature is accompanied by professional instruction. It's a yoga "practice" not a yoga "perfect" here at this quaint, yet upbeat downtown studio. A must-go!
