Top notch facility and instructors. Easy to access and the gym is clean and well-maintained.
My son has been training in BJJ with Armando and Duncan since the gym opened, and we have been very happy here. I have had the opportunity to observe the coaches interact with the many children that come through, and I have been impressed with the way they tailor their level of coaching to meet each child's appropriate level. I also appreciate the fact that they take a serious approach to discipline and safety. After all, these kids are learning techniques that could break bones or choke an opponent if not done properly. Our experience with the coaching has been very positive.
This is a gym and, like anything in life, you get out what you put in. Consistent effort is required if you expect results. The adult fitness classes are outstanding.
I have never had an issue with the staff/financial issues. It works just like any other gym membership out there, and policies are clearly written on the documents you sign.
I greatly appreciate the community outreach that Cedric does. They have done self defense events in schools and libraries around Smyrna and have really been active in helping better our community. Overall, I gladly give 5 stars. This is a local gem.

So i went to that place in May 2017 to sign up my 4 year son. And I signed the contract, however I contact the lady name Andy to suspend the membership because at the first we couldn't pay, then we move too far away to go there. And I told her that I will contact her when we are ready. I sent a message in August to ask which card they havr on file to cancel the membership, no repond from her so I assumed that the membership was cancel. Last week (September 9th) they charge my account of $128, without my consent, without a warning and they also add fees. I called several times to get my money back for the past week, the manager never called me back. Also one of the staff is soo rude. I contacted my bank and my friend who is a lawyer because it is unprofessional and fraudulent to charge people account without their consent or a warning.
Charged me for not even being there. I should have just cancelled the contract when I had the chance. It's too expensive to just charge people without a warning. Workouts were cool.
This gym has the best atmosphere of any gym I've been to. Friendly staff and at the Friday 11:30 Jujitsu class - the Coach made me feel very welcome, patiently went over the drills and paired me with an expert, who helped so much during the class. Going back this week.
I took a self defense class and really enjoyed it. Cedric is awesome! Thank you, I will be back!
I've been going there for year now. I can tell you first hand, that every class will push you to strive for better. From the day you first sign-up to the day when you renew your membership will be testing your limits, weather it be trying to get back in shape, or learn how to fight. The coaches will try and bring out the best in you. The other members are really friendly as well as the staff, who will help you with anything you need. I look forward to another great year there.
