Joined today, well done on all the measures you put in place to make your members feel safe. The two planet fitness representatives that were on shift today were a great help and there relaxed approach was refreshing, they made it easy to cancel LA fitness and move over to you guys.

Really enjoy this place, the equipment is in great condition and clean. I like that there is a mix of people there, fit and not so fit, young and old. Really like this place so much better than LA Fitness.

This place has the best layout IMO. The building is huge. Its always nice and cold, which is crazy considering how huge the place is and how cheap the memberships are. It's hardly ever busy but does occasionally get a littpe cramped. Always really clean. The treadmills are older than some locations so some functions (like auto incline programs) dont always work, but i dont really care about that too much. Theres 2 main types of weight machines at PF and this location has the kind I prefer, because you move the weight instead of moving your body, but i suspect the calibration may be off bc when i use the same weight amount at other locations it is far more difficult. Most machines dont have the incriment option. 10 minutes in massage chair, they have a red light machine. One time a staff member gave me a hairband when mine broke, even though i only asked for a rubber band. It really saved my day because my hair is long and heavy.

Always clean. Staff members are usually to themselves, but I don't mind, as I'm the same way and they keep everything up to par. Great place to be

Nice gym for the $10 a month, they added a few more cardio equipments. Early to late morning times are not crowded. Customer service is good, they resolve any misunderstandings and issues.

I travel the eastern u.s. for work and this has been the worst yet. Overflowing trash cans (if you can find one), non working auto towel dispensers with no manual way to unjam. No scale in locker room, shower curtians and rods falling down, no shelving in shower, girls working there never left behind front desk. Old equipment and half the new treadmills have out of order signs. Gallon water jugs, tank tops and boots everywhere.

Sucks that it closes so early on weekends, when that is normally when most people are off of work to have time to be in the gym.. but hey. Besides that, no other complaints

Like going here. Some of the staff in my opinion isnt "judgement free". But they keep all the equipment clean, and the other part of the staff is friendly and willing to listen and answer any questions I have no matter how stupid they may be. I enjoy this location for the most part.

Equip is decent but the true value comes from being open 24 hours and only $10 per month. (No basketball court's or pool) Does have spa like treatments at additional cost.

Such a great gym to work out in. The staff is always helpful, the facilities are always clean and the Smyrna community has such great members that its always a pleasure working out here!!! No matter the time, everyone is courteous and smiling. Great Vibes!!!

What is there not to love about paying$10 per month for a full gym? This is a great location. As they say it's a no judgment zone and I feel that way every time I'm there.

it's a great place to workout for beginners. I highly recommend you can get a personal trainer to teach you how to properly use the equipment.

I recently had an issue with some billing information within the system at PF and the staff was extremely helpful in assisting with the situation. Chris and Kelley are always at the front to help with anything, but the manager, Aaron, is always willing to help in a pinch. Aaron was able to find the issue and fix it in a timely manner allowing me to get back to my regular visits and payments without any problems from PF or my bank. The staff is one of a kind at PF Smyrna and I am happy to call it my Home Club!

We loved this place. It had some minor issues that all health clubs do. But overall it was clean and the equipment is maintained. We went in the morning and it was never overcrowded. The staff is friendly and accomodating. We had to change clubs once we moved out to Marietta. We like PF better than the club we are at now, but the drive is just too far at 5:00 AM.

First off, If you are a Body Builder that likes to drop the weights to the floor and does lots of noise this is not the place for you. Now... If you are looking for a way of improving your life, live a healthier day, loose weight, builds some lean muscle this is the place for you. I've been working out here and I simply love the place. I'm not here to be a body builder. I simply want to have a nice looking body with some muscle gains and this GYM has helped me a lot!

This planet fitness is very easy going. Sometimes it is crowded but never to a point where there is no machine for you to be on. They do offer classes and personal fitness plans for their customers for a decent price so I can't complain much. What they could use more of are massage chairs and hydro beds for post work out. There aren't enough to meet the demand in moments when it is high. Overall, nice people, plenty machines, decent equipment.

Been here at the gym waiting since 6:55AM they're supposed to open at 7:00AM, but it's now 7:30AM & still no one is here yet, this is absolutely unnacceptable, & unfair to others who have limited schedules. The person who was supposed to open the gym needs to be terminated or a serious write up, at least 8 other people drove off because they got fed up waiting. It already frustrating that you guys have limited hours on the weekends, this might be icing on the cake to switch to another gym that's truly 24/7

Very open and inviting. Sure, it has the typical Planet Fitness design, but it isn't cramped at all and the staff is pretty upbeat.

No judgment & the staff is very nice & professional; they greet you when you come on & when you leave. They also help you on a machine if you're having a hard time. Very cozy.
