I tried the SUP yoga, complete with sunset paddle, moon rise, and bonfire. It was amazing and everyone was so down to earth. SUP yoga is the perfect combination of challenging and peaceful, nature immersion, and a little silliness when you fall off the board or hear the splash of someone else falling off.... more
The studio was clean and modern. The locker room was fully stocked and clean. Loved the warm class and the engaging instructor. My mind felt relaxed and my body felt re-energized, strong and stretched!.... more
however Julie got into yoga is a mystery to me. Yoga is about acceptance, love, and relaxation but from the moment my mom and I arrived, Julie was hostile and rude . The other instructor was super nice but Julie is disrespectful and clearly unhappy with herself as is clear in the way she treats others.... more
