Awesome, clean and well kept studio! The instructors are all awesome and motivating. They push you past your limits. The classes are challenging, but doable. I highly recommend! My favorite is 30/30 - spin & sculpt which combines hardcore spin with light weights. Love this place!

Lisa was awesome!! Her class kept me motivated the whole time. I am a new cyclist and thought that her music was great and she hers cues were easy to follow. I look forward to my next classes!!

I recently started going to BURN after a friend recommended it and was so pleasantly surprised! I had been taking cycling classes in another city and wasn't sure if I'd find another studio I liked. After trying a few in Atlanta that were mediocre, I tried BURN and it was so fun and a great workout! I also love the kickboxing classes which are definitely my new favorite! I highly recommend BURN to anyone who is looking for a cross training/group fitness style gym. The instructors are great too - my favorites so far have been Katie Daniel, Alexis Curry, and Emily O'Connor!

I love this place. Nice stuff. Great work out. I'm more than 3 months already and I'm gonna keep going. Kelly Perry is my favorite for yoga!!

Good spin classes and yoga. The parking lot there can be a little tight in the afternoons, but hey, it's Atlanta. I like the coaches. Good music. Quality bikes. Good class times.

BURN Studios is located within a short 10 minute walk of my house. I explored BURN with Jeremy before it opened, from an area that was a field for many years.

I belong to a corporate sports club (Concourse Athletic Club) where I've had a dedicated personal trainer 3x a week for 2 years. The dedicated longer, amenities, all have been good but the trainer plateau set in over the summer. The pursuit of my in the month, and year goals, focus changed to cardio. Running on the track, machines, outside, yawn. I work 45-50 hours a week, gym time in the morning is my personal time.

Why BURN Studios? Describing BURN, it delivers to me the equivalent of Nordstrom customer service, great instructors, clean, clean and fellow other fitness goers. Work is demanding enough on my time and I need something that I can manage and know things are set.

My first experience - Open the BURN Studios app, select the class, select the bike location, click confirm, done. Arrive, shoes waiting in a cubby linked to the bike selected. Place shoes and personal belongings in lockers and cubbies, into the class. BURN recognizes people that are new, not in calling them out for being "new" but how can they help to ensure you are set up for the best experience and an optimal work out. Tyler stops in, checks the height of the bike, seat location, explains the technology and checks to be sure a thumbs up. Lane was our instructor, checked in with me by name, everything all good, and welcome. Class starts, great music, nice, dark, leaderboard going, push, push, push, push. Shouting out peoples names, pushing to hit 400, 500, 600. Completion of workout, an email with my stats, and can see them all on my dashboard, give feedback on the instructor every time. Note: the cycle room can get a bit toasty at any time of day. In the BURN Cycle class, some show up just for the competition, they can be a little distracting as they have one goal, beat everyone else and the routine isn't in the equation. Luckily, small group I've experienced so far.

Classes being only 45 minutes? It's never fun to rush at a gym, one ends, another starts, people dwindle. Plus, restock the towels, and they wipe down everything. This place is constantly kept clean which after experiencing places where cleaning things wasn't quite on the list, love that it's always clean and ready to go. I BURN more calories in 45 minutes at BURN compared to 1 hour in other sessions elsewhere.

Recommendations, try out the five class if you're unsure. If you have demands on your time and you need flexibility, While I try to release my spot 10-12 hours out, it's not always possible. I work for a global company, work may go until 8, calls at 10pm, meetings at 6am, some last minute. BURN Concierge is a must for me to balance the demands of my work and have the flexibility of exercise options. I may have calls at 11pm, and others at 6am, sometimes last minute. Concierge gives me what I need to ensure I can stay on track, cancel, book another, waitlist. Plus, with Concierge you can book a little further out to try to plan out your week. I never look at Concierge as a means to take advantage of the flexibility, or take spots, it's to have the flexibility when you really need it.

Extremely high energy spin instructors with 'scores' live updating on the screens. Club lighting, loud music, stadium-style studio. I found it a bit funny, but if you embrace that kind of energy then this is the place for you.

I wasn't overly impressed with the class I took. I'm not sure if that's because the teacher was new or if it's a class better designed for beginners.

Easy, free parking. The classes are 45 minutes not an hour. Burn Sculpt Yoga was not all that. I wasn't impressed. Maybe the other classes are better.

You want a killer workout? Try a class at BURN. The instructors are jacked, and the workouts are intense! They know what they are doing. This place makes me want to die (in a good way).

The workouts are a mix of treadmill (at various inclines) and strength training. Despite my comments, it is appropriate for all fitness levels. The instructor clearly provides speed guidance according to 3 fitness levels - walker, jogger, and runner. Pace yourself during your first few classes to get a feel for your level. The instructors literally warn newcomers to be careful, because they have had people throw up from going too hard.

I have other fitness interests, so I don't have a membership here, but I would still highly recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their general fitness or lose weight.

BURN is an awesome fitness studio!! I love the variety of classes offered - there is always a class I am in the mood for! The yoga sculpt is an awesome barre/yoga type of class that focuses on strength and flexibility. All the spin instructors are so motivating and fun. The kickboxing class is a GREAT workout and helps release any tension or stress in your life. And CrossBurn is the best, all round, interval training class. Additionally, Burn has AMAZING customer service - they truly care about each client and want everyone to have a great experience! Love this place!

I've been taking cycling classes for about six months and really enjoy the facility and the instructors. I look forward to the early morning classes! I appreciate that they have a team to clean the cycles and room after classes. I've not taken any other classes but they always seem full. Highly recommended!
