Dr. Katrina and her staff have the most welcoming and knowledgeable chiropractic practice I have ever been to! My husband and I were referred to A Touch Of Health by another patient, and have since referred many of our friends in turn. I've been a patient of Dr. Katrina's (chiropractor) since i moved to Atlanta in 2007. She and Melissa (massage therapist) work in tandem to keep me in tip top shape with their total approach optimal health.
I see Dr. Katrina for chiropractic care + nutrition and Melissa for massage once a month. Dr. Nick is pretty amazing as well! I've seen him a few times when Dr. Katrina was out of the office- they all take such great care of their clients/patients and the office environment is beyond welcoming... sometimes it's hard to leave. I highly recommend A Touch of Health for your self-care needs.

I have been having weekly massages for over 20 years and this year started with Melissa who is the most talented massage therapist I have ever met. She is professional, personal and intuitively insightful which helps her bring me the closest I've ever been to getting relief from massage. I also started with Nick and Katrina this summer and they coordinate and keep up with my care, pinpointing my areas of concern and consistently helping me to find relief from the tension I store in my body. A great place with great people, you can't go wrong if you seek care from them.
Melissa's knowledge of the body is only surpassed by her genuine desire to help you feel better. I never realized how much a true massage therapist could enhance chiropractic care until I came here. Dr. Katrina is not your typical crack doctor. Her adjustments are precise and AMAZING! I must admit she has adjusted not just my neck & back but also my knees, my FEET (who does that?) talk about thorough! If you are looking for great people to provide great care look no further you found them.
Before I started going to Touch of Health, I had been experiencing lower back ,hip and leg problems which made in increasingly painful to walk. I had tried shots and physical therapy, but neither addressed the problem. It had gotten to the point that I could only walk for about 5 minutes without being in extreme pain. I had been to an orthopedic surgeon, and since my problem was disk related, the only thing he could offer me at that point was surgery; a laminectomy with a fusion.
A friend whose wife had been seeing Dr. Cryder for some time and gotten good results, suggested I give her a try. He said she used the gentle chiropractic approach, which means no popping or cracking of joints. I had never been to a chiropractor before but was willing to give it a try since nothing else was working.
On my first office visit, Dr. Cryder and I spent the time discussing my condition and my prior back surgery. She expressed confidence that she could help me improve. Within three months of my first visit, I saw noticeable improvement. I have been seeing her for over a year now and at the point where I can go on long walks without any discomfort and even run at times! My quality of life has improved immensely as a result of seeing Dr. Cryder and Dr. Nick and I highly recommend Touch of Health to anyone experiencing the same kind of issues. They have a great staff too!
