The Welch Martial Arts Experience is an amazing way to learn self defense. You are able to learn the basics to defend yourself with people of all levels. Not only is learning self defense important, but the people you train with become like a second family to you. I strongly suggest joining the Welch Martial Arts Experience.
I just passed my 1 year anniversary at Sifu Sule Welch's studio. Martial Arts aside, Sifu's classes and techniques have far surpassed the amount he charges per month, and have unquestionably spilled into my day-to-day life. My daughter now goes to his Juniors Class and my son will start next year. It is "no doubt" an Experience. Trust me... stop going to the gym. This is much better!!! As far as the Martial Arts go... all styles he teaches are second to none as far as I'm concerned, and his Martial Fitness class has me back in great shape after having 4 discs replaced in my spine! Now it's on to Wing Chun, Kali and Jeet Kune Do!!!

Excellent martial art studio, and an excellent teacher!!!!!!! I have been doing martial arts for over 10 years and Sifu Sule is one of the most patient and thorough teachers I have ever had. If you are a beginner or advanced he works with you and pays special attention to your learning process and helps you learn the martial art the best way. He is very steady and follows a strict and structured martial art curriculum. He slows it down when it needs to be slowed down and picks up the pace when it needs to be picked up. The energy of this studio and the students here positive, uplifting and everyone is ALWAYS trying to help others become better. Great energy is high and egos are low. Perfect atmosphere for learning martial arts. Come check this place out.

There really aren't enough stars for me to adequately express how life changing The Welch Martial Arts experience has been for me. I met Coach Sule 7 years ago when I weighed over 200 lbs. As a 5'1" female that was nowhere near a healthy weight! Coach Sule taught me how to work out, how to bring out my inner athlete, and how to make exercise a vital part of my everyday life. I am now 100 lbs lighter, I have visible, lean muscles and I know that I never have to go back because of the lessons he taught me. He is a consummate teacher and coach in that he will meet you where you are and work WITH you to bring out your best and help you achieve your goals. I just bought a size 4, fitted dress for my daughter's wedding and I could not have done it without Coach Sule!
