I have been training at NRG with Jim Weir for two years. This is, by far, the best training facility I have ever used. Small, very personal, a wide and complete range of exercise equipment, clean...and more. If you are serious about getting in better shape, you will find a trainer and a great gym at NGR. Jim, the owner and one of the trainers, is terrific. He has customized my training to meet my personal fitness goals and help me improve my golf game. I have achieved both.Check out NGR.

I just recently started training at NRG. I train with Jim Weir and love his approach and genuine personality. If you are looking for a private Training Studio, you have found your home.
