Mary Jo was did a wonderful job helping relieve my hip pain, so I can get back to climbing hills on my bike. She is extremely knowledgeable about strengthening the total body. I can't wait to work out with her again.

Pilates with Mary Jo was the best coach I have ever had. Mary Jo is patient and easy to work with. She is knowledgeable and gives you a workout that is at your strength level. You feel like you have had a great work out at your level. She listens to you and adjusts a workout if you have back problems. Mary jo is really great. I go several times a week and love how she has helped me to strengthen my body.

Great instructions on the entire workout. I was able to learn more about my body and know the areas I need to work on. Very informative about her passion and the one on one was very helpful as well. I would suggest everyone to sign up and take a session with Mary Jo.

I had a fabulous session with Mary Jo! Her cues were spot on. She put me through a routine that uncovered the asymmetry of my core. Check her out!

As a cyclist constantly seeking to improve my fitness on the bike and off, I have thoroughly enjoyed my sessions with Mary Jo. I find her to be not only knowledgeable about Pilates and general physiology, but incredibly insightful: she quickly identified my strengths and weaknesses, offered suggestions for improvement and made me feel successful. I look forward to our long and healthy working partnership.

I hadn't tried Pilates before, and Mary Jo was a champion guide. She had studied my info sheet, and prepared the session to Target my problem areas. She explained things very well, I learned a lot, and was delighted with the session.
