Tucked away in Historic Roswell is one amazing gym, Crossfit NBK. I walked in a stranger my first night and left making friends.
Crossfit NBK is where you'll meet some of the best coaches and athletes around. Negativity isn't welcome within this building; however, hard work, support, teamwork, and community are not only encouraged but embraced.
If you dedicate yourself to putting in the work you will be amazed with your results. After a long day at work and stressful metro Atlanta traffic, this is an excellent place to unwind and sweat out that stress. Or maybe you'd rather hit the gym first thing in the morning? They offer early morning classes too.
Crossfit NBK is located in Roswell's historic district and is within walking distance to several city parks as well as the popular Canton Street restaurants.

Great gym! Everyone is super kind, extremely welcoming, hugely helpful, and push you to be a better you.
They have a wide selection of equipment, and keep everything cleaned and organized. When you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile, and then get your rear kicked by an awesome workout.
If you are looking to be part of a community, get in the best shape of your life, and have fun while your at it...look no further because this is the gym for you!

Great group of staff and coaches, very welcoming and know what they are doing. Been working out here for 3-months and have seen drastic improvements in my endurance and strength. Would recommend Crossfit NBK to anyone and everyone!

Great Crossfit gym W/ open facility. enough ski and row machines. Knowledgeable trainers who actually compete in southeast. Good comradery and excellent mix between endurance, gymnastic and strength WOD's. I go at noon and we have a competitive group to push Ur limits. They focus on improving your deficiencies without getting hurt. Their are also barebell classes for weight lifters. You will get stronger and lose weight.
