My husband and I popped in for a Hot 26 class with Eileen on Saturday. The room was nice and steamy and Eileen is a great teacher! We very much enjoyed the class and everyone was super welcoming and friendly. I've done some other workshops and Yin classes in this studio and recommend it.
Ahoo and the other awesome instructors here made me feel welcome, instructed me on proper technique, and made the experience of yoga a fun and safe one! If you are looking for a HOT YOGA specialist, you need look NO FURTHER! Give them a try, you will thank yourself.
I really enjoyed doing yoga here. The staff are super nice and the classes are great! Would recommend this studio to everyone!

Fantastic yoga studio! I was in town on business trying to find a studio with hot classes to visit for the week and after reading through some more negative review on a few other places I landed here. The studio was very welcoming. It felt like a yoga studio back home with the focus on the Practice and the people. I took two hot classes and both teachers led enjoyable and challenging flows.

Best yoga studio in North Georgia. I gladly drive 30 minutes from Alpharetta/Cumming to take classes at this studio. Great space, talented instructors, and extremely friendly and hospitable atmosphere.
