Excellent facilities. The aquatic class are really great.
I joined this gym a few months ago as a 40-something, needing to expand my workouts and needing someplace to go as the daylight gets shorter. It's been perfect! Lots of equipment, lots of kind people to help, never too busy and never feels like a meat market. The hours are great and the facilities are updated, expansive and very clean. This place is a steal for what you pay monthly!
Always greeted with a smile and encouraged to keep starting if you have not been in a while. Very helpful staff and clean.
Pool heavily clorinated and workout machines are antiques. I guess they're perfect for old people or the elderly
Great place for the entire family! They have a gym! A separate track. Swimming lessons and also daycare is available while you workout! Great place to go!

Variety of people, good friendly instructors, not super busy. I love that i see, teens, middle aged and older people here, skinny, buff, and overweight. Its not one of those places were only buff guys come too. Its so balanced. Front desk is super sweet. Great classes and instructors, very clean

This is a great facility with all your usual gym stuff, tons of classes, racquetball courts, and any indoor heated pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only down side is that it is a bit pricey but you're also getting a lot of amenities.

I have been a member for 28 years, need I say more, if you are serious about fitness, this is the place for you.
Im in cardio rehab part vs health place after mitral valve surgery. Rehab is geat...wonderful.staff
What's NOT here....Indoor and outdoor track, Huge pool, racket ball, gym, spin classes, aerobics, personal trainers, dietician, clean showers & lockers, day care, snack shop, & massage!
Go for the massage. And the sauna. And the steam room. And the pool.
