Krista is great. She is trained in many different modalities of healing, not just massage. I did a sound healing session with her the other day and it was like doing Yoga Nidra on steroids. I'm a yoga teacher and have had experience with many different kinds of relaxation techniques over the years, and I can honestly say I have never had an experience of such deep relaxation so quickly! She also does massage with you in a hammock which is very relaxing. Think of how relaxing being in a hammock is for starters, and then imagine getting a massage in it and you begin to get the idea. To sum up, Krista is one of a kind and I highly recommend you go see her.

I have never had a sound bath before but was dealing with a bit of tension, anxiety and physical pain, all of which, within a 20 minute session, I came out of as if I had meditated for an hour or slept for 8. The comfort in which Krista makes you feel when you walk in the room is only a little bit of the many reasons this gal is a gem. She focuses and draws out your needs and wants in an effortless manner and is mindful of monitoring how you feel during, after and post, the process. I have never been to a therapist that has so much experience in so many different styles and techniques. I can't wait to experience the massage she's developed using the hammock next. Her intuition is always spot on.
