It's clean it smells good. All of the other members are cool and don't mind helping you out with fitness information. Owners are great understanding and supportive of there clients. Great facility now crazy gym rules. Good parking, water, protein shake, pre-workout s in the vending machines.

I have two gym memberships but this gym is definitely my favorite to attend. There's a wide diversity of equipment from free weights to machines to cardio, and there are also separate rooms for a yoga studio and a daycare for children. This is a family owned gym, and not a corporate owned one. Some of the equipment has torn cushions and pads, but the equipment still operates great. The other members are competitive lifters and bodybuilders, and the gym owners have trophies from competition years as well, so there is definitely an atmosphere of respect for the equipment, weights, and other users.

The gym itself is basic but is okay but what makes the experience not worth it is the customer service by the owners. They are very unfriendly and handles business in a shady manner. I rather deal with the bs from planet fitness with no obligations

This gym is awesome. Has a diverse range of fitness equipment and none of that corporate, intrusive, fake friendly, but really ugly corporate minded gym staff that you'll find at some places. There are yoga classes, and some of the other members are pro or amateur bodybuilders, powerlifters, and cross fitters. So you get a diverse range of insights. I've been going here since May and it is clean, comfortable, and friendly all at a low price.

Great gym with a family oriented environment. For serious lifters as well as beginners. Day care is offered.

I went in this gym fill out an application after I did he changed his prices, I told the owner I no longer wanted to join, 3 months later I received a call from the collection agency saying I owed the gym for 1year, I told her I never joined she said I had to pay anyway now it's on my Credit, stay away!!!!! The owner is a fraud.

Best gym in Macon. Affordable personal training, quiet and secure at night, plus lots of free weights and machines. They also offer great classes. The gym is affordable and you can pay in cash or by month so you're no locked into a horrible contract like Planet Fitness or Kinetix.

I joined last week due to its being the best price and was conveniently located. Although the gym is pretty dirty and the equipment is very old, the staff make me feel welcomed. I think you pretty much get what you pay for here
