I have been visiting Macon Wellness Center for 3 years. Various classes are available and trainers are very knowledgeable.

Love this place. My wife and me go and workout all the time here. They have just about everything you need when it comes to working out. There staff is knowledgeable about exercises and things you need to do for what you want to accomplish. They have all types of classes that you were able to take. They have personal trainers if you need one and they're not that expensive. They have childcare and they are amazing with your children. I know our kids love them in there. On Saturdays they have family fun day to wear your kids can go swimming in the pool. This is an amazing gym all around.

I went with a friend and fell in love with it.
