wonderful experience doing restorative yoga on zoom at Grey Owl. First time for both for me and I will definitely be back. Thank you so much for giving me an opportunity to tune out to the world, and into myself for some deep and needed relaxation.

So enjoyed the Virtual All Levels Yoga with Cass! She is masterful and able to connect through the screen! Just when I though, "I can't do that", she'd show a modification or give a word fo encouragement. It was nice to take class with other people AND have the option of not have anyone see me struggle with poses or breath like a bull.

Absolutely love this class! And Mari is a fantastic instructor. This class is like yoga, stretching and a mini workout all in one!

Amazing yoga studio with high quality classes! Instructors are very knowledgeable and friendly. This studio always has exciting events. They do know how to reach out to the community! They offer Aerial yoga classes which are very unique and fun. My favorite is their Yin yoga: relaxing and a perfect way to recover from physical/mental stress. Highly recommend!

Awesome class and awesome experience. Ariella was a great instructor who helped and was patient as we transitioned poses. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

I enjoyed a retreat from thinking about the past or the future. I felt alive in the present time, calm and relaxed during a QiGong class with Gill Carmody at Grey Owl Mindbody. I highly recommend this oasis experience in Johns Creek.

I would recommend this studio to anyone. I just started practicing yoga here and the instructors make it so simple to keep up. I felt like I just fit right in and comfortable although I did not know anything about yoga. I am going to be signing up for a membership soon.

Finally there is a studio in Johns Creek I can call home. It just opened and already I love this place. The instructors are great and really take the time to understand your goals. I highly recommend.

I am travelling from out of town - and a colleague told me about this new yoga place. I attended the candlelit yin class with Robin and it was great! Just what my jet-lagged, tired body needed. The environment is clean, airy and relaxing. A great variety of props, mats, etc. Will certainly be coming back when my schedule takes be back to Johns Creek / Duluth.
