STAY AWAY!!!! TERRIBLE !!!!
My daughter joined under some program for students. It required her to be a member for a 60 day minimum. After 60 days, we called and canceled the membership and were told "No Problem - We will take care of it". After a couple months of her continuing to get charged on her card, I called AGAIN and was told "No Problem - We will take care of it". Again a few months go by and she is still getting charged, I CALL AGAIN. This time I tell them I am recording the call (which I was) and that I want the account closed and a credit back to when it was originally supposed to be taken care of. Of course, since I recorded the call, we immediately get the cancellation email, and are told they will "escalate" the issue of returning the 6 plus months of charges. NO CALL BACK. NO FOLLOW UP. She has not been to the gym since last APRIL, which I confirmed with "Aaron" who works at the front desk. This gym, its tactics, and its management are all a complete joke. They take advantage of students as I have heard this same story from other parents. STAY AWAY!
