I got what I need, I was stressed and very weak due to my work and family life. I joined to find that peace not only that I got stronger with the help of friendly staff members. They cared and support me with each class. I can't be thankful enough for all their help. Please try a class.

Dahn Yoga has lately become my lifestyle. Its helped me improve my physical energy and condition (finally rid of my cellulitis in my legs!). But mainly it has further reinforced a lot of my spiritual learnings and added to it. Enjoy our teatime!! The only thing that could get better would be if it was more affordable so more could join this wonderful journey.:)))
