Great experience! Did a group session of hot yoga and was very impressed with the class. Store front is in downtown right in the commercial district. Easy to find. Very clean and inviting. Studio is small but professional. Instructor was laid back and informative. She did a great job tailoring the class to the level of the most basic student. Most of all I felt great afterwards. I suffer from a lot of chronic pain from normal life stuff. After a session here, I felt great all day. Plan to go back again. Definitely worth your time, go check it out.
Glenn is probably the best at fixing any problem there is with your body. I ask for him specifically every time and he has me feeling brand new after every massage. Definitely the right place to go.
Had been having problems with my neck leading to headaches and fatigue. As well as old shoulder problems. Glenn was the masseuse I saw, and he did an amazing job. His knowledge of the body was very insightful. He has also fixed my wife's neck and had done plenty of work on my friend. Will be going back.

I went here and met privately with Erika for prenatal yoga. I wanted to have my baby without any pain medication. She helped me achieve that. Without her lessons, I would not have been prepared mentally for the intensity of childbirth! She and her staff are personable and professional. I highly recommend the Up! Factory!

Fell in LOVE with the studio and instructors at the first class! They offer a wide variety of classes for all skill levels. I always feel great when I go in, and even better when I leave. I would go every day if I could!

Decent place for yoga, silks, and lyra. Unpredictable schedule changes made it difficult to keep going.
I was a drop in for the Hot yoga class on Sunday! Great Energy coming from all the staff members and instructor! Beautifull studio!
This is an amazing yoga studio! Usually when I walk into any kind of fitness studio, I always feel uncomfortable. That was DEFINITELY NOT the case when I walked into the Up Factory. The first time I walked through the door, everyone was so welcoming! I immediately felt relaxed, comfortable and as if I had already been going there for months. I love coming to this place! They have classes for all levels, from beginner to advanced, and classes for all body types! I love that there are a variety of classes I can take to help me break out of my comfort zone! I also love that the classes are at different times throughout the day so I can fit it into my schedule. If you are thinking about trying them out, you will not be disappointed!
I absolutely adore this place. I've been taking classes here for almost two years and it's my "place" -- my favorite place outside of work and home! Everyone is so welcoming, so empowering, and so fun. I'm socially awkward (let's just call a spade a spade) and have always been apprehensive about group fitness classes because I have two left feet and haven't ever really been able to keep up with groups. But this place has me hooked. Barre is my absolutely favorite class! I've been able to tell such a difference in my body and the things I've been able to do with it since I've been coming here!
As soon as you walk into The Up Factory, you can feel the vibe that is so relaxed and welcoming. The staff are knowledgeable about each class and product they offer. The classes they offer are available for all levels and ages, from baby and mommy classes to bring able to work with the older clients.
The Up Factory is hands down the best fitness spot in Columbus. They have many types of yoga, Aerial silks, HIIT, TRX, Barre, etc. the list could go on and on. So many classes to choose from. They also have body assessments for those with injuries as well as a fabulous massage therapist! All of the instructors care about their clients and ensure that those with and those without injuries are given the best possible exercise and workout for their own body. The clients are so laid back and welcoming, which makes it great for new people and those who are new to exercise. I have been coming to Up for 10 months and have grown so much in my yoga practice as well as my overall body strength. My 13 year old and 9 year old takes classes here as well and Up has improved her flexibility and core strength for cheerleading and tumbling. Come check it out! You will be hooked!

This place is so great. They have a variety of fitness classes that are so fun. The environment is so peaceful and comfortable too.
There is something for every age, gender and experience level at the Up Factory. The setting and staff are awesome. I like the hot yoga, gentle yoga and silks yoga classes the most. The variety of classes and schedule provide a great escape from the daily workflow. There are body assesments and massage therapy services available too!

There is so much to say about the Up Factory.. The team leaders are so approachable easy to work with on many levels! The location and class schedules gives anyone a chance to explore their interest! I personally joined for a 6 month membership and NO regrets. I have tried several options and have found with couple injuries how wonderful yoga has allowed me to regain mobility. Thank you ALL at the Up Factory for working with me!!
Absolutely fantastic, great atmosphere, the teachers took the time to customize movements for me. I love the yoga classes, the ab rehab class, and the moms and babies group! I'm glad I found the Up Factory.
