Lauren and her staff are wonderful! So nice and helpful. The gym is always clean and well kept and you feel like family as soon as you walk through the door! I was scared to join the gym at first but Lauren was so encouraging and offering to help me anyway she could made it easier for me to join! Keep up the Great Work! Thanks for all you do.

I joined Workout Anytime Decatur about a year ago. I didn't know how long I would stay committed but knew that I wanted to make a positive change. I can honestly say that is the best gym I have ever been to or been a part of. The easy-going and accepting atmosphere sets Workout Anytime apart from any and every other gym.
Lauren does an exceptional job running the gym and is very responsive and receptive to requests and ideas. I come in 5-6 days a week and look forward to seeing Joe, Lauren, and Aaron every day. They are always smiling and make it a point to engage with me and fellow gym goers. They are extremely welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable.
I hesitated to leave a review because I would like to be selfish and keep this hidden gem to myself. But I believe everybody deserves a place where they can work on bettering themselves in an uplifting environment with a dedicated team. These folks really care and it shows.

This is great, small neighborhood gym with all the equipment needed for a full and complete workout. From the minute you walk in and are welcomed by Lauren, the sweetest and friendliest receptionist, to meeting Aaron, who will help you achieve fitness goals, to the best trainer, Joe Merriman, the entire experience is wonderful. There is no intimidation or the feeling of being in a meat market. Just neighborhood friends in a respectful environment.

Love this location! This gym is always clean and well-kept, weights aren't all over the floor, and I actually SEE the staff cleaning. The atmosphere in this location is unlike most. The members are friendly and you can tell the staff and trainers actually care and I love that they are always open to suggestions and feedback. I spoke to the new general manager about a recurring issue with teenagers sitting on the benches just texting or playing on their phones (this is a millennial thing!). She heard my concerns, said she would take care of it and I haven't seen this since. This is not my 'home' gym but I will continue to drive a little further to come here. Amazing gym, even better staff!!

This gym has improved significantly since the new management arrived! It is always very clean and the staff members are so welcoming and friendly. The overall environment just seems to be more positive and uplifting!

Great staff! It's a smaller gym with people who actually want to work out, no one judges each other.
