I absolutely love this program. My 3 year old really enjoyed the program. We had our kid take 3 consecutive courses. We could see the difference at the end of summerand our kid was able to swim for the most part. All the instructors excellent instructor particularly the owner Lindi. Online registration was a breeze. The facility is very nice and clean. I highly recommend this swim program.

They are very unprofessional. They do not return your calls. The changing areas are filthy. Communication suck. They lie to you. They waste your time and travel....for example, I called them that Tuesday stating I had just registered and I will be starting that Thursday class, she said ok, never did she say the pool would not be open because it was down, so I made a trip up there with my lil one just to be turned away. Mind you the front desk told me they knew because it the pool had been down for a week already. I don't live close and it was a waste of trip, they didn't apologize, or no accommodations...customer service is obsolete. Also watch you payments closely, they put me on auto pay without my knowledge, and when I asked because they been super so unprofessional, something told me they out to get your money, she never got back with me and took money out my acct anyway and her response was that they sent me something stating I was on auto pay, I still haven't found that email yet. I would not recommend them to anyone!

I'm having the same problem with getting a hold of someone and i'm on a tight timeline. I've already paid and no one is responding to my emails in regards to rescheduling my private lessons that have been cancelled twice now due to maintenance or what not. I if my 4 lessons do not get scheduled before 9/22 I need a refund... It seems communication has been a past problem and has still not been rectified. I'm a paying customer that has not received what I've paid for...not okay...

I am displeased due to the automatic recurring fee. I have not received services in over a year and would have definitely canceled the renewal fee as I no longer need the services. I was told the fee would not be refunded. That shows a lack of integrity from the company. I have never had a company not refund a renewal fee for a service you didn't receive especially if you requested the refund within 7-14 days.
Also was displeased during my time I received services with the lack of communication. It was very difficult to get the lessons started. I tried to reach them several times until I finally went there and scheduled the lessons in person.
I would not recommend and would suggest you find lessons at a company that is not desperate money.

THIEVES. This company is unprofessional, as I purchased a groupon and had to constantly email in order to get a schedule to come for lessons. I even went up to the center, and was still told I could only schedule thru email. They must check the email once a week, as I never consistently received responses. Furthermore, I moved out the state last year but was still charged an annual fee for the 2018-2019 year. I assumed it was a mistake so I emailed the owner Lindi letting her know I no longer live in GA & have no plans of using the facility so please refund my money and she refused.

Based on the unprofessionalism, I do not recommend them and have tried unsuccessfully with them to be refunded my fee that I paid for services. I have now chosen to escalate my issue in order to be refunded for non-service.

My daughter loves her swimming lessons. Everyone has been so patient and kind. I would definitely recommend Lifestyle Aquatics for anyone in search of swimming lessons.

Our baby has been going to Lifestyle Aquatics now for a year and she loves it. She has grown so much an has 0 fear of the water. We love coach Lindi

We LOVE Lifestyles Aquatics. The facility is clean and safe and the instructors are AWESOME. Lindi, the owner, is indeed the Swim Whisper. Our two boys were for some reason terrified of swimming in the pool at first. Lindi was very patient with them. Even through tears, she still got them to learn the basics of swimming. After about the third week, they were BEGGING to go under the water and jumping into the pool.
The semi-private lessons are the best! The boys were able to get more time actually performing the skills taught. Once they were comfortable, one would practice along the side of the pool while the instructor took the other to do a lap or practice a skill.
This is one of the best things that we have invested in for the boys. They now enjoy going and they are learning a very important skill.
Also, I have seen ALL AGES getting lessons and people of different abilities. Everyone is handled appropriately. From babies to seniors, everyone is there to learn. Our kids are ages 6 and 7.
