I have been working out at here since it opened. I had been looking for a place to workout where I could perform some Olympic lifting. I thoroughly enjoy the atmosphere, staff and the people who frequent the establishment.

i really love this place... my only complaint is how open it is? I think its the opposite of what people seem to like... but i usually like to work out away from most people, hahaha... i love the environment, the classes, and the location, though.

Serious but still fun. Trainers are human and got me on right path to fitness- thank you.
I had a question on Instagram regarding their kickboxing class and they decided to just str8 up block me... That's bad business and I can already tell there's a lack of mature at this place. Stay away.... And I'll inform my followers to do the same.
