This studio is lovely! The Teachers are chill and welcoming. A great studio for all yoga lovers.
Indigo Yoga is great! I attend the Runner's Yoga session on Monday nights. It's a fun way to relax and work the muscles. Staff are super friendly and the space is very relaxing and quiet, in spite of being steps from HLW Drive (hooray for blackout curtains). If you go, be sure to sign up online in advance and park around back...the entrance is in the rear of the building.
