I attended the trans and queer yoga class. It was amazing!!! I'm brand new to yoga and it can be intimidating starting something new but the teacher made me feel totally comfortable and at ease. I will definitely be thing back it was a wonderful experience great physical activity but a wonderfully meditative experience as well. I feel good!

My husband and I both take classes here and we both love it. It's an extremely calm and welcoming community and environment. So far we've had three different teachers and all have been wonderful. We always leave feeling energized, refreshed, rebalanced and ready to come back for more.
