Friendly atmosphere, zero attitude. Perfect for all levels of fitness and all ages. Equipment is clean and up to date. Staff are friendly and helpful.

It's close to my "hood", it's available 24/7, the management and trainers are professional and my health plan covers the monthly fee. Who knows? Maybe you plan does too.

The trainers are the main reason for my attendance. Well equipped gym, so that and convenient location and Silver Sneakers membership round out the advantages.

The best thing about this place is the trainer Tammy. She is down to earth and doesn't put herself on any pedestal. Nevertheless, she truly knows her stuff and can help anyone man or woman reach their fitness goal. Tammy rocks!!
