This the only place if you pick up dumbells you see roaches and moths scurry and fly across the gym floor. The owner also tends to touch himself inappropriately while staring at you while working out. Totally disgusted about this gym. Would not recommend working out here.

An absolutely fantastic place to get mugged or maybe even worse. So if you have a fat stack or are an attractive woman prepare to be taken advantage of by both the gym itself and the patrons as well. Hope they close the doors on this place soon
I wish gyms near me would have this policy. I would feel so much safer learning martial arts if I weren't training with police who could use their position against me whenever they want, in any way they want, and get away with it. They can train elsewhere. Thank you for standing up for people who have been brutalized by the law enforcement industry. You're doing a wonderful thing.
Hate perpetuates hate. I love lifting and would never lift with someone who has this kind of hate in their hearts. Myself and members of my family have served in the military and NYPD. We all served because we care about more than just ourselves. The actions of a few do not represent the actions of many. This is hate no matter how you justify it.

Horrible place to work out, smelled like an overweight feminist on her rag. Shady people come here and never work out they just lift their sjw problems. Worse part is the weights are labled wrong. I had 4 45's on the bench and when I lifted it it felt like I was lifting at least double that... It could have been the 4 skinny Jean, man bun wearing bearded, women who were pushing down on the bar screaming about gender pay gap.... But I had my headphones in and it was easy to ignore. I pumped out my reps and flexed my cis male privilege.
