I worked out at this gym for several years under the guidance of Aaron Pols as my personal trainer. The ONLY reason I no longer visit this facility is because I sold my condo around the corner and moved to Norcross. Both the staff and the members are the most patient and kind gym goers I've ever encountered (WAY better than those I have to deal with at LA Fitness now). I want to congratulate the new owner and he's only made positive improvements that I'm sure all members are grateful for. If you need a personal trainer, I highly recommend asking for Aaron Pols. Under his guidance, I transformed my body into the best shape, and physique I've ever been in.

People seem to be very friendly there. There is always someone to greet me at the door when I come it. Gravity has a good atmosphere to it.

This place is awesome, great range of equipment. A great gym or anyone who wants to get physically stronger. The trainers are always ready to help, always motivating and care so much about client's satisfaction. Also it's very clean and tidy.
A pleasure to work out there!

I put my cancellation letter in April of 2017. For the next 6 months the owner charged my credit card, I left him 15 hand written messages,and 6 voicemail. Till finally he realized I canceled my membership. The business owner got pissy. My membership was over in June he kept charging my account till Nov. And he offered to refund me money that I paid for the last month he still has not done that. He never opened my cancellation letter. Because he said he would leave an envelope at the desk with my money in it, so when I went in the front desk staff gave me back the original letter unopened. The owner should be ashamed of himself for not opening the original letter his staff took. Shame on him for poor business practices. You took my money. But closed the steam room and sauna.
Owner still charges the same rate for such amenities. And could not cover the equipment with new vinyl. Or have hand soap and toilet paper in the bathroom. Shame on you.

I'm out of town/country looking for a gym for me to train. Read some good reviews about Gravity. They got all the equipment you need to get a good workout done. They have two weights lifting rooms. The one with the dumbells feels very dark because of bad lighting. It also smells a bit. They wanted to charge me double monthly fee because i was from out of town and couldn't do a long term membership. That didn't feel right to me so i went out to search for another gym.

Gravity is a hidden gem (Gem. Gym. Get it?). Tucked away in a small commercial park, this gym has all of the equipment I've ever needed as an aspiring competitive fitness athlete: high quality squat cages, quality pec decks, and the exceedingly rare lat pullover. In my experience, the gym is never that crowded, even at peak hours, and the membership is extremely straight forward and affordable.

I turned in my letter. Can cancel my membership in April. I left the signed letter at the front desk per the owner's request. After the time passed for the cancellation to take place the owner kept charging my card. Apparently the owner never opened my letter of cancelation. Duh. Owner. So I paid for the month I went to the gym. Remember I left him 15 notes at the front desk and also left him 7 voicemails. You think a business owner would own his business. So I saw him one day in the gym. I talked to him. And the next thing you know my membership was over . But he still charged my card for the month and the owner would not let me workout. What he charged my card. I called he said he would leafe me cash at the front desk. I went and asked.they gave me my cancellation letter back that the owner never opened up. Very unpleasant experience. The owner still owes me money back. And does not respond to my request.

Best local gym with the best trainers for every level, just getting in shape or training for competition this is the gym for you. Great prices, staff, and the owner is super friendly.

I heard a lot of good feedback about Gravitee so I decided to try the gym out. I found the gym to be very clean, terrific maintained equipment that is new and lots of it. The free weight room is Olympic grade and by far the best in Atlanta. I've been a member now for over 4 months and I must say I made the right choice in becoming a member. The staff is very friendly, trainers are definitely the best of the best. If your serious about the gym as I am I highly recommend. BTW, I'm not a class person but I'm hooked on kickboxing, abs and cycle class. It compliments my strength training. Yoga is great as well.

Great alternative for LA Fitness at Ansley!!!
I only needed a 2 week membership until my school gym opened up again, but if I didn't have a school gym at my disposal I would be a member here. If you pay for a year it ends up being the same price as LA fitness. Even better, because no initiation fee.

They have all the free weights, machines and cardio equipment PLUS equient like foam rollers and feet glider things that LA fitness doesn't have. And they have Cpncept 2 Indoor rower, not the crappy Matrix rowers LA Fitnesa has. Usually not packed either, even at peak hours. All the amenities and a small friendly staff. And lots of parking!

This place is great especially if you don't like crowded, mainstream, corporate places. Support your local private business!

Terrible management and ownership, who refuse to honor contract provision 9, which allows immediate cancellation when "substantial" changes are made to gym. Recently rejoined and was told steam room would be reopened, then informed weeks later it would no longer be available. Owner refused to speak with me, having a mgr. refuse to let me out of contract, insisting I pay 60 days. Incredibly unreasonable, rude. We will be going to court if they ask me for one cent.

The free weight room is Olympic grade and by far the best in Atlanta. I've been a member now for over 4 months and I must say I made the right choice in becoming a member. The staff is very friendly, trainers are definitely the best of the best. If your serious about the gym as I am I highly recommend. BTW, I'm not a class person but I'm hooked on kickboxing, abs and cycle class. It compliments my strength training. Yoga is great as well.
