I typically go to the West Side store and have always had fun working with the sale associates there and, nothing but friendly and helpful customer service. The experience I had at the PCM store was the other extreme, in the worst way possible. It started on a negative note when I asked a sales associate if a jacket I was looking at was comfortable, her response was oozing with attitude when she said "everything in our store is comfortable" in the most pretentious manner. I was asking b/c it was more of a fashion looking jacket (which I loved) but I was looking for a functional lighter jacket to run in. She didn't bother to ask what type of jacket I was looking for, just that rude comment and then she walked away.
I was told by a male associate awhile back that if I had some items that hadn't held up very well, to bring them in for an exchange. During this 2nd visit to the store, one of the female associates said in a rude and curt manner, that absolutely wasn't an option. When I asked for the name of the male associate, I was told with a sneer "there are alot of male associates" and that was it, she didn't even bother to try to figure out who it was I'd spoken with by asking what he looked liked, etc (he was a wonderful sales associate and completely different than the female sales associates there during this visit).
I tried to make the best of it and asked about a puffer jacket I'd seen on line. Instead of the sales associate offering to find the jacket on the store's phone, my friend did it. I explained the male associate told me it was possibly coming into the store so I'd come by to try it on. Abruptly, she walked away to the front of the store. I assumed she was doing something else but then she oddly came by us again and said "the only new puffer jacket we have is at the front of the store" and then walked away. So, you walked to the front of the store, saw a jacket that may have been the one I was looking for, but didn't show it to me?
The entire experience got worse from that point forward. I typically do 2 visits per year to Lulu to update my Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter wardrobes and have never had a bad experience at the West Side store, but this experience at the PCM store was enough to make me only buy one item that day and has me seriously considering if I'll continue to give this company my business.

Friendly helpful staff that seem to be genuinely interested in assisting the customer. Great location at pcm with a wonderful environment. The only downside is that the selection for men's clothing feels limited.

I always check their sales rack, great finds. Staff has always been helpful at this location.

Got my girlfriend some yoga pieces from here. The staff was helpful with assisting me pick things out when I described what she was looking for. My girlfriend was thrilled with what I got so they did a great job.

Came here at 7:10PM on Saturday. Store was closed even though it says the hours are 9PM (as marked on the front door).

I'm not one to post about Lululemon, because well it's a clothing store and how much service should I really expect? However, this morning I went to PCM for some coffee and had the urge to go just peak inside Lulu. Of course just like your typical target run, I ended up buying more than I needed. But the experience was what stood out. Upon walking in I received two hellos. As I was perusing, another approached and said I see your decked out in lulu, but if you have any questions let me. Another gentleman passed about 5min later, briefly spoke. Literally, everyone I passed had something kind to say. When checking out Sara was so kind and we spoke briefly about my job. It was nice to just feel welcomed, especially during the holiday season when most retail employees are at their wits end. Really appreciated the customer service, and because of that I'll go out of my way to go to PCM rather than Lenox or Howell Mill.

Deeply disturbed by this company. My friend attended this event yesterday (Sweatbox) and an employee proceeded to make my friend feel extremely insecure and uncomfortable. She told the lady that she wanted to wear pants because she is more curvy the employee said "I can see that" and gave this awful look to her. She called for another employee to help for whatever reason and said "I don't know if these will fit her". My friend put on the pants and loved them. The employee then proceeded to tug at her waist and asked her if she would rather try on a shirt instead. She says to her friend I think your friend needs this size and this is the only larger size we have". DO NOT HIRE EMPLOYEES WHO MAKE OTHER WOMAN FEEL LESS THAN THEY SHOULD FEEL. LULU LEMON IF THIS IS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE I WOULD NEVER SHOP IN YOUR STORE. You're promoting health and wellness but you just brought my friend down. You have no idea what she has battled with the insecurities she has and you just relapsed that all to her.

Friendly, warm and knowledgeable staff make this Lulu a fabulous shopping experience. When a pair of leggings tore (rare!), the customer service was exemplary. Kudos to the management !
