Heated pool, 4 times a week they have a water aerobics class. It has been life changing.

This is a hidden treasure! The weight room has been remodeled and it so open. You do not have to fight for machines or weights. Thete is also a basketball court, pool, indoor track and raquetball courts. The staff is amazing!!

I am a cyclist and was was very interested in joining this health club.They have a bike rack in front of the building which happens to be in a high crime area.My bike cost 3200.00.I do not lock it up outside in a bike rack.I was going to tour the facility and thought I would be able to bring it in the building and put it somewhere safe.They told me that it had to stay outside.This Health Club is owned and operated by Well Star.I sent text to Well Star which was unanswered.The manager of the facility was very rude.You would think a giant heath care company would be happy to let me park the bike indoors.It is a
nice healh club.I guess you have to drive a car to the facility.Because of this I give the placd two thumbs down.

The whirlpool has been closed for months and the pool always has kids learning to swim. I can't get over them not repairing the whirlpool with no explanation, just a closed sign.

Men Locker room strong smell like ass, armpit, foot sweat, etc. Definetly not clean up, sanitize, deodorize. Etc.
Lack of child care hrs.

Freestyle Fitness & Nutrition has an excellent Aquatics program here. Janet Davis is amazing and Bailey Brinson Aqua bootcamp style also incorporates yoga stretches.
